About Me
KaiDekA are a 5 piece metal band from the South West of England. We don't like to stick to one sub-genre, we play what we enjoy playing, which is bouncy, groovy, heavy-as-fuck metal! We love living on the road and going mental on-stage, whether its in front of 10 people or 1000 people!! MISSION STATEMENT & VALUES
Mission Statement:
Promoting UK & International rock, metal, extreme and underground music.
Our Aim:
?To provide efficient music services and quality events to promote UK, International & Underground Music?
Complying with Equal & Human Rights:
The Human Rights Act 1998 sets out the fundamental rights and freedoms that everyone in the UK is entitled to. It incorporates the rights set out in the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) into domestic British law. The Human Rights Act came into force in the UK in October 2000
Complying with EHRC:
The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) monitors human rights, protecting equality across 9 grounds - age, disability, gender, race, religion and belief, pregnancy and maternity, marriage and civil partnership, sexual orientation and gender reassignment.
Transparency:
We believe in being honest, open, upfront and truthful.
Passionate About Music:
We believe every person that works for Ragebreed should be passionate about music and enjoy it whether in a live environment, club environment, whether you are musician or enjoy listening to it. We feel people who work for us, need to enjoy and be passionate about the music first as passion is key to productivity.
Delivering Quality:
We believe in delivering quality to our clients and customers and where there are any issues, we aim to rectify the issue to build a better business.
If in the event you are unhappy, we aim to deliver to resolve the problem to the best of our ability.
Giving monthly to Charity:
We give to the charity Amnesty International monthly as we believe in supporting the human rights act globally.
